"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services.
