"Frontier sells the top-end of the solutions for sealing a crawl space, which is a good idea in the humid Middle Tennessee climate. I was replacing the HVAC ducting and thought it was a good time to resolve the remaining water issues. Frontier had a person onsite within a few days (and the quick response was to accommodate my schedule) who did an extremely thorough inspection and detailed estimate. The person was also a long-time house inspector and I've rarely had the opportunity to work with someone as knowledgeable as he was - and the proposal reflected this. Unfortunately I was not able to go forward with the work at that time and am adopting 'watchful waiting' over the next couple of years until the current tenant's run is over. However when the time is right I will return to Frontier for a proposal update and hopefully to complete the work."

"Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space Repair is a top notch company! Their work is timely and second-to-none. Mark inspected and serviced our crawl space dehumidifier along with our radon mitigation system. He is a true professional who went above-and-beyond, and I will definitely request him on future inspections. I feel confident in the quality work Frontier provides and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of crawl space/basement/foundation work! Thanks again, Mark!"

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"I started a search for patio quotes recently. I had a lot of contact and quotes. However, The Covered Patio excels beyond all the others! The initial contact with Chase was stellar customer service! Pleasant, bright, great follow-up, etc., etc. I am pretty hard core when it comes to crappy or excellent customer service, and I want to give credit where credit is due. Chase is superb. It was a pleasant experience. Then, Justin came to look at my area, talked with me, and gave me a quote. He arrived as expected, was incredibly professional, pleasant, and efficient! The customer service went above and beyond, which is sadly missing in the world today. On top of The Covered Patios incredible customer service, they came back with the best quote. Reasonable and realistic for them as a small business and for us. If you want to have peace of mind and know that you're getting quality work and support a small business, I hands down suggest The Covered Patio. You will not be disappointed! You will want to do business with them for all your work. We need more businesses like this in the world today. Thank you, Chase, Justin, and The Covered Patio team!"

"Taylor, Eli, Alaina and Javi did excellent work encapsulating and waterproofing my basement. The membrane they installed not only protects my basement from water damage, the membrane makes the basement look a lot better. The work they did also protects my homes foundation from sinking. They were awesome."

"After suffering damage to our fence from a storm, we hired Pure Build to repair the damages. We could not be happier with the professionalism and workmanship of their crew. Hands down a great experience!"

"I did not use their service. I declined their services. They were prompt, on time, and courteous. I'll use them again if I need them. They were looking to encapsulate my crawl space, which was going to be up into thousands of dollars. I was just trying to insure that when my house was sold, that a home inspector didn't come along and say I had mold in my house or crawl space etc, which would of prevented me from selling my house until the issue was resolved. I didn't really have mold, they just wanted to come in and encapsulate your house. That wasn't needed to be done."

"They don t fix the problem they just cover it up. The fix of the problem is not inside but outside and nobody wants to dig outside and add tile and pea gravel and seal the blocks."

"Did a great job. Did not try to upsell. Will use in the future."
