"Fixed our gas fireplace promptly at a reasonable price. Thankful!"

"My grey tank stopped working and flooded my basement, Brian and his guys came in and cleaned up the nasty water and fixed the grey pump in a few hours."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!"

"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Erie Home Basement Solutions was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was on time, and always polite and courteous throughout this process. This is extremely hard work and they continued to always have a smile on their face and answer any questions I had. They worked diligently to complete the project on time and fulfilled all aspects of the contract. Actually, they went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with their service, which is unusual in todayâ s work culture. I would highly recommend this company for your basement waterproofing needs."

"The crew (Lewis White, Chris Jones, Harold Harris, and Derel Davis) where absolute professionals. They had to endure quite unpleasant conditions to get the job done. They were courteous and expedient in the process and they ensured that they cleaned up all messes before they left. We so appreciate their work ethic."

"Billy and Mac were very upfront about the problem and gave an exact quote. They were easy to deal with and left everything in good order"

"Company is easy to work with. They did what they Said they were going to do and did it in the timely fashion."
