"AZ Foundations solution did a great job repairing our stem wall. We didn t end up needed as much work done as originally estimated, so our balance was adjusted. David who did the repair had excellent customer service and explained everything that he did. My only complaint is we paid our deposit in July and the work wasn t completed until October. They marked the bottom of my house with red dots about 2 inches in diameter showing where the work needed to be done. Other than that we were happy."

"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"Bobby was here when he said he would be and he and his crew did everything professionally. He even explained how the prior slab had issues and how he made sure this one would not. He also explained and showed me the slope and also how to protect the expansion joint. Great job. I'll use him again."

"Foundation repair not needed. Ted inspected the home and determined repair not needed. Ted is very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer. He was very friendly and helpful. His level of customer service went above and beyond anything I've seen from previous services. I highly recommend Reddi Services and Gerald Schutz, as he did a great job for us"

"Needed a driveway poured between my existing garage and a new steel building + adding a drain to handle storm water. Work was competitively priced related to other bids I received. Very professional crew, good communication during this project, completed high quality pour on time and per agreed pricing. Would recommend Bonilla to anyone looking for concrete."
