"They do good work if you're not satisfied they will stand behind there work. Don't let it fool you the guy might be young but he knows what he is doing."

"They did an absolutely excellent job on my deck. Couldn't ask for better"

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"As far as I can tell the foundation work was done accurately and correctly. My review on the floor joist and sill replacement is pending"

"The solution was more costly than I could afford; but their staff messaged to me solutions that I could live with. I was most pleasantly surprised at their help and would not hesitate to recommend them.

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"Erie homes very professional from first encounter to finished project. I now have peace of mind knowing my basement is waterproof. Great job!!"
