They came out and did a complete inspection and told me the crack in my foundation wall does not need repairing unless it progresses further. One of my fears in hiring a company off Anti without a personal recommendation and about a topic I'm not familiar with (foundations) is that they might try to tell me I needed repairs when I didn't need them. Lucas was honest, professional, thorough, respectful, and I felt safe around him. Great communication. Texting to set appointment. "Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

"I was thrilled with Heart's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing recent visit to my home. Their serviceman, Mark Sanger, appeared on Sept. 14th, 2020 and very quickly figured out that I just needed a large screw tightened to stop the leak under my sink. He quickly fixed it and THERE WAS NO CHARGE . It had been leaking a lot and had saturated parts of my carpet. He gave me advice that with my older home I would eventually need to replace that screw, but that I should not do it until required, as it was an expensive part.
