"Falcone is my go-to company for foundation repairs. I settled with them out of 3 bids, and they were the only company not to belittle another company. Eric and his crew kept everything peaceful and clean! We didn’t barely know they were here until the last day of work with some slight banging lol My floors are now beautifully leveled! The company was very informative and willing to answer any questions we had! Everyone who had their own parts in helping with our home were on time and very professional! From my understanding this is a family owned company and I’m glad we went with them! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Very professional. Answered all our questions before an after installation of sump pump. I recommend them for foundation repair."

"Mr. Lester was quick to respond, evaluate the problem, and offer an economic solution. He could have pushed us to an expensive fix, but resolved the issue easily at a low cost. We highly recommend Bobby Lester. Thanks!"

"This company is a top notch operation. From the moment they arrived at my house for our first meeting to discuss my repair needs to their finished project completion they went above and beyond to fix and clean up what a previous company did not do properly. Their employees are hard working and very professional. The work they completed under my house of cleaning mold from under the crawl space was more than stellar, which the previous company that started left me in a mess and never completed. They installed insulation and a beautiful floor barrier. Going above and beyond was installing a dehumidifier under house for one month to ensure absolute drying of floor joist and entire area. they did this as an added precaution for me the customer which shows true customer service and what a 5 star company is all about. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Tim Koons who represents it with wisdom of the business and a professionalism that adds trust and confidence to the customer. Nancy Hill, Clayton , NC My second review for this company also goes above and beyond what any other company has offered or done for me , the customer. They installed a dehumidifier under my house for several months free of charge to insure under my house was completely dried out to ensure new insulation and mold treatment they did would not be compromised in any way due to moisture and cold weather. This company is a top notch company that puts the customer as there number one priority. They took care of all my needs and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them to family and friends."

"He can make repairs on something you already have or make something from steel that youâ  ve been wanting."

"David was very responsive, and got the job done exactly as he said he would. He was very helpful to let me know how the issue occurred and the best way to fix the problem so that it does not happen again. He left my site in great shape and as clean as possible. Totally recommend his company for your concrete needs."

"I had a great experience with John from Crawlspace Consolidated. From the start, he offered a very fair price and showed up exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated. He was respectful of our home and took the time to do the job right—his work was truly excellent. What stood out most to me was how easy John was to talk to. He explained everything clearly without using confusing jargon, and as someone who isn’t familiar with all the technical terms, I never once felt talked down to or uncomfortable. He was patient, kind, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. I also really valued that he didn’t try to upsell or pressure me into services I didn’t ask for. He focused on what I needed and delivered exactly that with professionalism and care. I would absolutely recommend John and Crawlspace Consolidated to anyone needing crawlspace repairs!"
