"I called on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the following day (my issue was NOT an emergency). The office staff called in the morning to confirm my appointment and again to let me know that the plumber was on his way. Don showed up promptly and was very friendly and courteous. I explained to him that my upstairs shower faucet was leaking a steady stream of hot water. This has been an ongoing problem for years, and another company told me years ago that the only true fix would involve cutting a hole in the wall to replace the valve itself. Now that the dripping had become a stream, I was expecting a big mess and an outrageous bill. However, Don told me it could also be fixed with a valve repair kit without having to go through the wall. As promised over the phone, he had the equipment on hand and had the repair done much faster than I expected. He showed me the price what the other company suggested years ago (which involved unnecessary work) , and it was double the cost of the work Atomic did. He could have easily gone along with what that company had said, but he was honest about what was truly required. After the work was complete, he showed me the old parts that he removed so I could see exactly what the problem was. I'd highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
