"We called several businesses to address concerns of our foundation settling which became obvious from cracked bricks on the back of our house. Virginia Foundation Solutions was the third to arrive and give us a detailed estimate. They were extremely detailed about the process they would use and how that would solve our problem. They gave us a start date that was about a month in the future. They were in constant communication with us and started on the exact date promised. The crew arrived on time and worked harder than I thought possible. They were very professional and polite, kept us abreast of there progress and finished on time. They worked in a manner that would make you think it was THEIR home. I can't say enough good things about them, but, if you are in need of this type of costly repair you can't go wrong with Virginia Foundation Solutions. And NO, I haven't been paid for this review....."

"I recently had a significant issue with a sagging foundation in my home, which was causing noticeable problems throughout the house - sticking doors, uneven floors, and even some cracking in the walls. I was understandably stressed and worried about the long-term stability of my property. After researching several local companies, I decided to go with Bay Crawlspace Foundation Repair, and I am so glad I did. They did an excellent job."

"The people who repaired my foundation were skilled and very professional. They were able to do the work very quickly. I visibly saw the difference in the walls of my home as they repaired my foundation. They performed cleanup when they were finished. I compared them with a number of other similar service companies in the area and they were the most reasonably priced. I would use them again."

"Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. These young men cleaned up every night. Never left a mess or issue. Explained everything they were doing. Virginia Foundation Solutions should be very proud of these men. Word of mouth, yes I will praise this company and the Gray Team to anyone that needs foundation work on their house. To the owners of Virginia Foundation Solutions, Thank you for sending me your best team. What is most important, my wife is happy."

"They worked quickly and explained what they were doing through out the process. They were very respectful and really nice to deal with. The price was fantastic compared with other quotes I had been given. I would definitely use them again if I have an issue with my foundation."

"Tom (the owner) was very accommodating about working me into his schedule so my husband could enjoy the new patio while home on a short R&R from Afghanistan.  The crew was able to demolish the old patio and stoop, then lay the foundation and new patio and walk all in one day!  They were polite and respectful.  It started to rain at the end so they were unable to install the polymeric sand due to excessive moisture.
My back yard has lost a lot of soil over the years to erosion and we plan to replenish the soil and redo the lawn once the temperatures are milder, but in the meantime that means our new patio is several inches higher in elevation than the existing lawn in some places.  That night and over the next day or two we had massive downpours that washed the foundation from underneath the patio edge in a few places.  Once the weather cooperated the crew came back to redo those sections, then were able to install the polymeric sand to provide a solid surface where rain couldn't enter between the pavers and wash out the foundation.  They also installed some dirt around the edges of the patio and walk to alleviate the difference in grade and help control any future erosion.  They finished by scattering grass seed and protecting the area with a straw mat.  We've had no problems since.
A couple different managers and the owner came by during the installation and subsequent repairs to check on how everything was going.  Communication was good.  The price was higher than I expected, but I'm unsure if the company is just high or if I underestimated.  Everything was cleaned up and all materials and trash hauled away.  I have no complaints and a now beautiful patio in what was a totally unusable back yard.  My husband and I are thrilled with the results.

"Repairs were made as promised."

"From my very first conversation with Kimberly, I was extremely impressed. Jim and Brayden were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and how they would resolve the issue I was experiencing. The problem has been completely fixed, and I am very pleased with the excellent service and professionalism they provided."

"I hired them for some spray foam, but once they got into the space, they discovered that the work that they needed to do didn't need to get done. They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. If I need some work done on the foundation or attic, I will most certainly work with them again. They are courteous, communicative, and provide excellent service. Simon was fantastic to work with."
