"Very good experience with the Insulation Comandos. I was hesitant of whom to call for my repair. They came out for my original insulation issue and did a once over of the entire attic space for compliance. They gave me many pictures of the needed remediations and they scheduled very quickly to get the problems I had fixed. The crew showed up this morning to complete the estimate. Very happy with the amount of effort and the personal service that they all provided. Once they were done, I was extremely impressed with all of the pictures of what they actually did up in my attic space. They finished up, cleaned up after themselves and completed more than I expected for them to accomplish. They sealed all of the open spaces, holes and questionable areas. Straight forward with the estimate and the job was exceptional. They sent pictures to me at the end and I am amazed at how much they accomplished. "The owner Victor was so awesome. When he came out to our house to inspect for mold, he showed us sources of mold in and under our home we never imagined existed. He sat down with us and calmly explained everything and answered all our questions. He DID NOT just throw an estimate at us and leave. The cost of remediation was very reasonable and on target for what our budget could afford. When we decided to go with Breathe Easy, Victor had his crew come to the house the next day do all the remediation. They were so incredibly nice and professional and did an excellent job. When they were finished, Ryan showed me the completed work and my crawl space went from a dark, smelly, scary area to a bright, super clean area, with every area covered. "I needed my home inspected for mold. Clint Thomas, with Health Safe Mold Remediation, LLC, came out and was a true professional. It was easy to schedule an inspection time that fit my schedule. He arrived on time, and was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. One thing that stood out is that he asked, with much sincerity, what I needed to know from the inspection. He wanted to understand what I expected from him. In other words, it was not only about money. He cared. In my case, I needed documentation for the court (my HOA is behaving badly). I explained this to Mr. Thomas, with a few more details. Mr. Thomas was understanding and wanted to assist as best he could. A second visit was needed, at which time Mr. Thomas brought an assistant who was super-cool, also. Later, and quite promptly, I received my inspection report! "Frontier sells the top-end of the solutions for sealing a crawl space, which is a good idea in the humid Middle Tennessee climate. I was replacing the HVAC ducting and thought it was a good time to resolve the remaining water issues. Frontier had a person onsite within a few days (and the quick response was to accommodate my schedule) who did an extremely thorough inspection and detailed estimate. The person was also a long-time house inspector and I've rarely had the opportunity to work with someone as knowledgeable as he was - and the proposal reflected this. Unfortunately I was not able to go forward with the work at that time and am adopting 'watchful waiting' over the next couple of years until the current tenant's run is over. However when the time is right I will return to Frontier for a proposal update and hopefully to complete the work."

"Overall we are very pleased with the project, the look, quality and price of the work. Chris and Jose did a good job of communicating with us and the documentation was good. They encouraged us to visit Power Rental to see what the product would look like and that was very helpful. We found what we wanted. The price was good and the work was good. They even put in the railings for free. We interviewed 8 other vendors and they were our first choice. The only disconnect was the condition our yard was left in when done...if I knew the extent of damage ahead of time, I could have at least moved some of the decorate gravel, rocks, etc. They attempted to smooth out some of the deep tractor marks on one side, but most looked like a mudbog competition and it took several days of hard labor to clean up the mess. Nevertheless, we would recommend them to others, perhaps just encourage them to be forthcoming with how the tractor will impact the areas around the project. Good job though!! We are happy with the final product!!"
