After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. Because this was a reinspection on a site they had previously done an evaluation on, the price was cheaper than a new inspection, which was a welcome finding!
