"We called and asked if someone could come by and provide an estimate to diagnose/repair some cracks/separation we noticed along our stairs and ceiling. We were fortunate enough to have Mitch Welliver assigned to our inspection! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in describing his findings and providing us with some options. While here, I asked if they also installed sump pumps and, although this last minute ask likely made his visit to your home that much longer, he handled it like a true professional and never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. I’m truly grateful for the time he spent and various pricing options he was able to provide. That flexibility goes a LONG way and we now feel confident that choosing Baker’s was the right call!"

"My mother had a water leak in her basement and Chris and Brennan showed up so quickly to give an estimate and do the repair work. We are so pleased with the quality of work done and speed in which it was done. Hard workers and very pleasant and nice. Cleaned up well after the job was done too. I really recommend these guys. Great job guys!"

"Seamless experience from start to finish. Todd was super knowledgeable and through on the consult/ sales end. The install team made quick work of the project. Their work was top notch and my basement is now completely dry. I would recommend their services to anyone with basement or foundation issues."

"I had 3 contractors here for quotes for cracks in my foundation. One never even got back to me as he promised he would, the third one told me don't worry, we'll just sand out the loose bricks, and the second was hired with no hesitation. Dan and his men were very experienced, did the job well, and my husband and I are very pleased with the work that Dan & his men did. Great guys to work with."

"Prompt and courteous. Got right to work and worked steadily until done. Kept me informed of status and followed with follow up call. I hired Basement Experts for a second project which is also complete and well done"

"This is very hard work and the men did a great job! They cleaned everything up, too."

"They worked with me on pricing! It was very fair. After a couple of unexpected delays, they came a few days earlier than planned for the installation. It didn't take long and the work was excellent! Very pleased with Precision! Would recommend to anyone needing foundation repairs!"

"

My family and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Mark and Judy.  They both were easily accessible by phone or email, professional, and patient regarding the numerous questions I frequently put to them.  Mark was very straightforward with me, and worked hard to overcome the obstacles that popped up.  Bottom line- I was able to obtain a loan at a good fixed rate, and am very satisfied.  I would (and do) recommend them to my friends.

"The ground at the back of my house was a mess after we tore down a shed that probably dated from when my house was built in the late 1800's. I wanted to put in a new shed, but was concerned about what it was going to cost to have the ground prepared and the recommended foundation laid. Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. He arrived when he said he would, he and his crew got to work and the job was finished within about 2 hours. He was cheerful and friendly and very easy to work with. He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."
