He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. He also advised on landscaping the area with a different variety of bushes and trees. Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes. They encapsulated our large crawl space, treated wood for mold, installed a sump pump, filled multiple cracks in our foundation, added two drainage systems to the exterior of our house and even cleared out the original drainage pipes in our retaining wall.
