"J J Construction owner Khoa Ha completely replaced my upper and lower decks with composite. He solved many problems we were facing with the decks and designed a system to deflect rain water away from the house. The upper deck was 48'x12' and the lower deck 14'x21', also replaced existing stairs, added bench seating. and lights. In addition he also repaired/reflashed metal roof on the lower back of the house and address foundation concerns. His team were great to work with, hard working, professional and courteous. We could not be happier with the results of this 4 week project. I highly recommend J J Construction for any project. "American Rose Garden and the owner Tad were great to work with.  I called Amer Rose Garden on a Friday (before the Labor Day weekend) and received a call back the next day.  Tad set up an appointment with me on Monday (Labor Day, 09-03).  He showed up on time and was very good about listening to what I wanted, but also reviewing the existing yard and materials on hand.  (we had a previous landscaper simply not show up after starting this project).  Tad is extremely knowledgeable about northwest plants.  Also, he has some great ideas to extend what i was thinking about doing.
Tad provided an estimate...a bit higher than a few others I had talked with...but his estimate included some extra work (replacing the loose soil/sand where some pavers were going to be installed and instead using some crushed rock to provide a better, more stable and longer lasting foundation) that others never brought to my attention.   He also looked over the yard a few times and really spent some time understanding the amount of work and time involved so he could get an accurate estimate.
Tad and his crew showed up on time to start the project.  They worked very hard and got a lot of work done on the first day.  The second day they finished and when I showed up...as they were still working...I was amazed.  Everything exceeded my expectations.  The pavers and plants installed were great and the rock wall (that was Tad's idea to help provide some separation from the neighbor and add a boundary to our yard) was awesome. 
They cleaned up everything and didn't leave any loose dirt or trash around.  In fact, they even did some extra work...cleaning up some of the yard in a section that wasn't part of the project.
Tad was great to work with - professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend American Rose Garden to anyone looking for a landscaping company.  In fact, I am going to have them come back out to work on a backyard project.

"Wu Construction did an excellent job for us. Greg estimated what work needed to be done and we scheduled it as quickly as possible. The crew was on-time, very efficient and did a really nice job keeping things as clean as possible, which is no easy task when repairs are done to a wet & muddy foundation area. A full interior perimeter drainage and sump pump system was installed to eliminate standing water in the crawl space. The crew also removed all old floor insulation and installed new R-30 insulation. The crawl space was completely cleaned up and a new vapor barrier was installed. Everything was completed as agreed upon - all at a very fair & reasonable price. The crew even installed a permanent access ladder to the area so it would be easier to get into the crawl space area. I'd highly recommend Wu Construction for any drainage or foundation work needed to your home or business. Greg, the Estimator/Scheduler and Thomas Wang, the Construction Manager were a pleasure to work with. They kept us up-to-date on everything and were true to their word. I look forward to working with them again, as needed."
