"I’m very happy with Alpha Foundation. From the first day I contacted them until the repair was completed this company did amazing. I’m grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. I would also like to thank Tyler E and Tyler S. I’m impressed on how they did the repair. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier."

"Mike was very friendly, communicated well and didnâ t oversell. He addressed the problem and our immediate need in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lux Foundation Solutions."

"Excellent work by Eric Smith! Fixed an entire irrigation zone that had low water pressure in less than an hour. Positioning and optimizing all my other irrigation zones was a nice final touch. Would hire again if anything else comes up."

"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. We highly recommend Sterling Contractor Services for all concrete and fencing projects; you won't be disappointed. Kevin & Deneen Baldwin satisfied clients of Sterling Contractor Services"

"Professional. He gave me some alternatives and did the work quickly and it turned out great. Easy to work. The pool pavers are all fixed and solid again. The driveway we did a partial tear out and repour and I am glad we did. The sidewalk they ground down the he trip hazards. I would use again and have no problem recommending to a friend."
