"We had a very large, very long horizontal crack in our wall. Jacob W. was great. He answered all my husbands questions and worked his butt off. Along with Austin H. and Denzel K. The cleaned up everything when the job was done too. I would give them a 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone that needed foundation work done."

"I would like to begin by saying I would recommend this company for any project they are able to complete. Rangel's Waterproofing and Construction installed a basement tile system and a new basement egress window the week of October 9, 2017. Ozzie Rangel and his twin sons, Vincent and Gabriel, own and operate the business. Vincent is the manager, writing the estimates and contracts. Vincent and his dad Ozzie came to write my estimate. Both men were very respectful of me and honored all my questions. Ozzie promised he or one of his sons would lead my crew. Not only did Gave lead my crew, Ozzie worked at my house at least two days. When the project was completed all things promised on the contract were completed as promised. Even though it took three trips to Menard's on Friday afternoon to get all supplies needed no corners were cut. Friday completion was the goal and the crew worked until 9 PM to reach the goal. In spite of the lateness and being dark the basement and yard were cleaned beyond my expectation before they left. Yes, the project was completed on time in spite of many glitches, but the best part of working with Rangel's was the courteousness and professionalism they displayed toward each other and me. By the time the project was compete we felt like friends. There were never any harsh words spoken to anyone. Gabe was even very polite and patient in teaching a new crew member. I would hire Rangel's Waterproofing & Construction again."

"Not too well. Looks like a zebra every time it rains. Had them try to fix once and still awful."

"We had a crack in our foundation, called aculevel, man was very personable and told us it wasn’t a problem at all and we can even fix it ourselves-tuck pointing. I was so relieved! He literally could have told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair."

"I hired to work on my mom's house. We had to correct a basement water issue caused by exterior poor soil grade and drainage. We also hired to repair damaged siding. All work was excellent. They finished on time with great quality. I would use again,"

"The service provided by Ayers was great! Blew the doors off Ark Foundation out of Fowlerville....who wasted my time and never followed through. Ayers salesperson was thorough and professional. The crew showed up on time and man did they ever work... Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since."

"Easy experience. Great salesman lol but the workers were awesome and really respectful. They messed up once on some of my city piping, but they came out the same day and fixed it with no questions or complaints. Nice to know my basement is warranted for the rest of the life of the house."

"Winter was comeing in fast and they were here evryday. They worked hard trying to finish before snow. They worked long hours and did a wonderful job finishing the driveway to the specs we requested..They were extremely professional .We were so happy with their work.We hired them to come back in spring and lay a sidewalk and a slab in our back yard. They did what others said couldn't be done due to dropping temperatures. We recommend them for all your concrete work."

"Troy and Ryan were always aware of possible jobs variables and made it a point to include homeowner in final decision. Even if it meant a reduction in the cost. Who does that? THEY DO. Started project on time, thorough and neat right down to the clean up. Did I mention and pleasant and professional. Would definitely consider Bluebird CFW for future projects."
