He provided a detailed report and diagrams of the proposed solution. Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. He was prompt, professional and provided details of what needed to be done with a drawing explaining all and a quote right on the spot. Every time I reached out to Carton after that first meeting regarding the task at hand, scheduling the work or just to answer questions...Carlton responded quickly. For anyone that might possibly be needing foundation work of any kind, I highly recommend Carlton Cission as the first point of contact. Shaun Dixon, Alex Hernandez, Milton Martin and Dre Nesbitt were the team assigned to replacing the entire foundation of the wedding venue restroom I hired Mount Valley for (from the interior floor to the dirt on the ground beneath...literally). 100% rotten through by years of undetected moisture from inadequate airflow and dehumidification. Shaun (the forman) was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process of rebuilding. He didn't just explain in words, he took time to visually point out the areas this construction would be addressing and what I should expect. Shaun was clear and concise in describing what was being done and answering all of my questions (which was many). The entire process, including the work ethic of this 4-man team, was conducted in a very professional manner. A grusome task, while keeping a friendly, personable demeanor throughout. Hoping I never have to have such foundation work ever done again, but will certainly call Mount Valley again, if I do!"

"Chris and John showed up as scheduled and did a very thorough job of assessing the water incursion problem I have. In the end, it was a problem that Ram Jack does not repair, but they told me what probably should be done to fix it. I certainly appreciate the fine evaluation they did and their advice. As an extra bonus, they were very pleasant to deal with!"

"I feel compelled to alter my review. Although the end product was not the prestine driveway I had hoped for, it was the best of the 3 driveways. Although my frustrations with my new build home have been exhausting, challenging and emotionally draining. In the end the pot boiled over and I took my frustrations out on DJ and Jacob. The home contractor poured the original driveway in temperatures in excess of 101 degrees, with in 12 hours the driveway was completely cracked and shattered. After 1.5 years the builder finally agreed to replace all the damaged driveways, sidewalks in the community. The builder then hired a contractor to redo the damaged concrete work. Unfortunately my driveway instead of being poured in one single pour was poured in three separate pours with lapse of pours between 45 minutes to 1 hour. They then sprayed water on the three different pours and attempted to blend them all together. Upon drying the driveway had Crazing the entire length of the driveway, major cosmetic issues where the pours were blended in addition to cold joints. The unsightlyness of the driveway in addition to numerous negative comments of neighbors encouraged me to once again redo the driveway this time at my expense. To-date I have spent over 40k repairing major issues with my home. Although almost every home in our community has had to deal with issues such as mine and some with issues far beyond my own, it did not.make dealing with those issues and costs any easier. DJ and Jacob did what they could to produce a quality product. My anxiety level was on high alert with this particular project. After the driveway dried to a white color and 2 months later when the gray dots appeared, all I could think of was here we go again. Knowing my anxiety level, a little more communication to try and explain what was causing these dots to occur and what if any thing could have been done if they continued, most likely would have prevented my response. For that I am truly sorry. Knowing that nothing in.life is perfect...i.was just hoping that for once something would go right and I could put it to rest. Once again Although the driveway did not meet my prestine expectations, in all fairness it was the best of the 3. Unfortunately in life you can not take back what you say. I do feel that I was unfair to DJ and Jacob and all that they do to assist their customers."

"Hunter arrived and was very helpful in detailing the possible scenarios that might occur (from best to worst case) with repairing the pipe. While it did end up being worst case, his team was able to take care of it quickly and made it look good as new. Hunter even offered an easy near-fix to the main shutoff valve (a leaking old gate valve) without having to replace it, but we decided to move ahead with installing a ball valve anyway. He quickly replaced the valve and a portion of the neighboring pipe. Definitely will hire again for future work."
