"I just bought a new house, where one room had a noticeable slope in it. I believe it was because this room used to be the garage before a remodel. I had RamJack come out to check it out to make sure there was not an issue with the foundation. They showed up and looked at the room, checked out the outside and performed some tests with their instruments. He could have scared me and told me that I needed lots of work, because honestly I have no idea about foundations and I was willing to pay to fix the issue on my new house. However, he explained to me that he did not believe there was an issue and that the house was fine. He said when I replace the carpet, to have the flooring people level out the slope and that should take care of it. It is great to work with those who do their best to give you accurate honest advice and not try and use your lack of knowledge against you. All of this was done for no cost, and that is what puts the cherry on top of this story. I know if I ever do have any issue, RamJack is the first place I will call, since if they tell me there is any issue I can trust that there really is one."

"Loved there fnshed work. Had fifteen yards of concrete patio and a block wall bulit. They not only did great job but they spent the time doing it right. Not one crack in the concrete. They took care of dranige issues I did not even think of. Had a buddy go with a diffrent compney at the same time and his 10 yard patio is all cracked up. "The initial work all went very well and I was especially grateful they managed to fit us in at the very end of the season. Unfortunately we did experience some cracking and discoloration of our back patio. Even though we were outside the time limit in the contract for warranty on these things, I was SO impressed that the owner himself came out to inspect the work and offer solutions. He was very generous in making sure they could take care of the discoloration, power wash and seal the patio, and gave us various options on the crack (including replacing that whole section of patio!). Wu Construction replaced the posts/ piers and placed new concrete pads on top of the existing to raise them above the dirt. I had some questions and Victor Wu followed up with me.
