"My husband noticed cracks in the ceiling and doors were starting to stick. We called RockSolid and they gave our homes foundation a fix that I am thoroughly satisfied with, the price isnt bad, and these guys genuinely care about their customers and the work that they do. "I had a difficult exterior leak in stucco that was quite small. Rather than a sump pump they sealed the outside wall. But they left a gap at the top of the impermeable material that they adhered to the wall. This had to be repaired. Still not entirely convinced that it will adhere due to the rough surface of the stucco. There is only a one year warrantee on an exterior patch like this whereas an internal fix is much longer. Was expensive for the amount of time actually expended."

"The crew installed a wooden fence with a ranch gate and a solar powered electric gate. They worked efficiently and with great care of the property."

"They were faster and less expensive than they had estimated."

This was the first time I've used Angie's List. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher began backing up on Saturday night. I tried to fix the problem myself, which has occurred before, but this time I could not get it to clear.

I called Jim on Sunday morning at 11am. He answered, and first indicated that he didn't typically work on Sunday's, but offered to assist. He arrived within an hour, discovered that the problem was a bit more complicated, left to get more equipment, and returned again within about 30 minutes. He completed his work in about an hour; gave us some helpful hints on ways to avoid this happening again, and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in.

I found Jim to be professional and courteous, and I liked the fact that he's a local businessman who cares about treating his customers right.
