This company showed up when they were suppose to and completed the work on my basement in a timely matter. I had to contact this company to come back out after the work was done but come to find out, the problem we experienced was not due to any of the work this company had previously done however they still repaired the problem without charging us anymore money. "As a retired widow, Advanced treated me like a good son treats his Mother. Other companies have tried to take advantage of me but Marty was professional and treated my home as if it was his own. I had a 3rd crack that had minimal water during heavy rains and a floor drain was next to it. Another company tried to sell me everything they could but Advanced stated if you could live with a little bit of seepage from the crack, the floor drain will take of it. I was happy to save the $. If you are in need of their services, call them as they are Inspectors not salespeople who care and I'll be referring them out whenever I can."
