Kip Sterling was the lead project coordinator and he and his crew did an awesome job of installing a total of 31 segmental steel pressed piers around the exterior of the foundation and 5 piers installed though the slab floor inside the home. Upon completion, all the interior cracks virtually disappeared overnight. Our home is now firmly anchored in bedrock on all sides of the home. It’s not moving anywhere ever again! Amazing job all the way around. They have a lifetime transferable warranty in place and the price was very affordable, considering the size and scope of this job. "I found a good sized crack in my floor when I pulled up the carpet for new flooring. I called Herculese Foundation out of Austin and made an appointment. They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. I was very relived that I was not facing a large repair bill and now I continue with installing new flooring."

"When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!"

"Very well. Inspector surveyed the foundation and made measurements in the house. After his assessment, he determined the issues were primarily cosmetic and no foundation repairs were needed. I had asked two other companies for an assessment. One agreed with no repairs being necessary and one wanted to do a major foundation repair. It certainly pays to get more than one opinion. I'm happy to say there are honest companies out there that won't gouge you. But as noted, be careful. If I ever have any other issues, I will call this company."

"Met with John & Brent as site. After evaluating the job, John sat in his truck & prepared his quote. In addition to the basic "leveling"' of the house, John included additional services such as leveling the front & rear porches & removing "exposed" foundation for front porch. I reviewed their quote & actually "studied" their quote then call John. Over the phone we negotiated the services & price & came to an agreement. Bats required a 10% deposit or down payment with a balance due upon finalization. They do charge a service fee for using plastic but in my case, the deposit was not too much so the fee was waved. Their agreement is one 8-1/2 x 15 page; very simple & straight forward. Basically its a quantity listing of the services with the math extended to illustrate the total cost of services.Very little "legalese." While I was still "considering" their services, John called me with an opening in their schedule. We came to an agreement over the phone & they started a week later. John explained that his crew would start on Monday & finish three days later... They did. I visited the site & noon on the third day. They were finishing up the extra services with temporary supports in place under the house while concrete dried. Very satisfied with Bats Foundation Repair."
