He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. He did a full evaluation of the foundation/house and explained to me that I was likely seeing some minor elevation changes due to seasonal weather changes. He said that all I needed was gutters and soaker hose system to help stabilize both my foundation and the ground it sits on. "At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company"

"These guys and their team are stellar. After contacting them, they immediately scheduled a date to assess the foundation - other companies sometimes took days to return a call or schedule. They did measurements both inside and outside the home, and most importantly, asked me where the problem areas were at, and listened to my concerns and any individual aspect I'd noticed about the home that might affect the work to be done. The work estimate was moderate and thoughtful - other companies that assessed our home seemed to propose an all or nothing route to fixing, but Two Brothers took their time and didn't propose for more work than necessary. When discussing payment, I was very impressed that their main concern was that they didn't consider the job finished until they'd met all agreed upon items, and that I was happy with the quality of the work. Their price was excellent as well, and this got them the job. Jacob took the time to explain everything, and I was very happy he also showed what types of after-affects would occur to the house after foundation work. Everyone expects some changes, but he pinpointed what would change and where. He stuck to his estimate and kept his work dates, contacting me before, during and after work completion. Guillermo and his workers came and walked through what work was going to be done, and kept me informed of any changes, delays and progress. They worked very hard, and did a fantastic job at cleaning up and repairing any immediate (but expected) changes that occurred. Everyone was polite, focused, and I felt they treated my home as if they were working on their own. Foundation repair can cause a home owner all sorts of nightmares, but these guys come from a family history of doing foundation repairs in Texas (and everything that brings!) and their quality and expertise show. The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build.
