The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"We used quality 1st on two occasions in the past year to address water in the basement of our brownstone. They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). Their approach was sound, the cost was fair, and we were very happy with their service and the work itself. They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. This required a lot of coordination and communication with our plumber as well - all went smoothly, work was performed and cleaned up professionally. So far, so good! I am in construction myself and I reviewed their approach with other professionals including an engineer, and I have a lot of confidence in their products, their pricing, and their work."

"Had a Sump Pump and French Drain installed, Mold Removal and a major repair to a foundation wall. Absolute Waterproofing and Renovations were highly recommended to me by a gentleman that does business with them everyday. Lou and his guys came when he said they would, finished when they said they would. They protected my house from dust and dirt by covering everything with plastic. The price was the most reasonable in comparison. They were professional, clean and trustworthy. They actually found a gold wedding band that was missing for months and were honest enough to return it to us. I'm 100% satisfied with the the work that was done and highly recommend them!"

I contacted Bob at Westher Tite as well as 2 or 3 other companies for emergency diagnosis and repair. Bob was the first to reply, very informative and had the issue fixed within the week! He and his crew were punctual and professional. Once the work was completed, my basement was spotless. No signs of moisture or dust anywhere! Bob was helpful in explaining everything. They did not come back with up charges after finding two large rocks that they had to dig through for our french drain. The crew showed up at the time agreed and finished 71 feet of digging and repair before leaving for the day. I would highly recommend this business"
