"We hired Tom Sirek and his hard-working team to fix a recurring problem with a large sinkhole in our front yard. They also completed reconstructed our retaining wall and front steps. We had previously hired a different business to repair the hole, but their repairs were ineffective and had to be totally redone by Sirek Landscaping. There were several challenges to this project along the way, but Tom and his crew perservered and we are so delighted with the end results. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and people passing by. Even the mailman left us a nice note about how great everything looks! Becuase we live in the city, the work space was very constricted, but Tom's crew was extremely careful and respectful of our neighbors' space. They even preserved my boulevard garden! The problem with the hole ended up being much more serious than any of us had realized, but Tom and his workers were able to repair it and to constuct an underground drain connected to our rain gutters to prevent future erosion from rainfall. Our brick retaining wall is absolutely beautiful and it should last more many decades to come. I should also mention the prompt and thorough clean-up that took place as soon as each stage of the project was completed."

"I had a great experience from start to finish. I had four different foundation companies look at the large crack in my foundation. Two said to put epoxy in it and I would be good. The third offered a slightly more involved fix that would not address the root of the problem. American Waterworks was different from the start. First of all, they book a three hour appointment so they can fully investigate, measure and explain exactly what is happening and what needs to be done to truly fix the problem. The level of knowledge and expertise shown by the the Design Specialist, Chuck, was astounding. He even predicted that there would be at least one if not two more cracks in the foundation we could not see and their location and he was right on both counts. I ended up needing 10 helical piers and 7 helical anchors to repair the foundation and stop it from rotating backwards toward the hill and to stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position. The three man installation crew was incredible. Jose the Foreman, Luis the Co-Foreman, and Jose the Production Specialist were extremely hard working, knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I had about the project. Their level of professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail put me at ease during such a major undertaking and I always knew my house was in good hands. I can not recommend American Waterworks enough to anyone needing their foundation repaired."

Shawn and his team demolished our existing, shifting and cracked front steps / stoop and replaced it with a beautiful, perfectly designed new steps / stoop. The new stoop looks as if it was designed and integrated to the house when it was built in 1930. It's perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are getting compliments from neighbors, and even the concrete truck driver! Communication and bid were professional and excellent. "They arrived on the day they said the would.  Covered the driveway with boards to prevent problems.  Removed the block from the old retaining wall and reinstalled new block.  The clean up was amazing.  The crew got it all done in less than 6 hours when other provider said it would take 4 to 5 days.  They had to bring in more rock for the wall and they did it exactly as they said they would the next day.  I wished I had hired them for prior work.  I would not hesitate to call them again

"I cannot tell you how pleased we are. Clark is very professional and the crew is knowledgeable and they know what they are doing, they are also a very polite crew to work with. They met with my husband 2 x to go over the removal of our old 63 foot long by 8 foot wide sidewalk that ran by the side of our garage and reinstall a new sidewalk same dimensions. They removed the old sidewalk without any damage to our garage, our sidewalk butts up to the the brick foundation of the garage. My husband wanted the sidewalk installed according to his specifications and they agreed to install the sidewalk to my husbands specifications. When the sidewalk was done they back filled the dirt around the concrete with the dirt they removed. We highly recommend them."
