Sometimes you get a job done, and you wonder why you waited so long.  I purchased a "big deal" on Angie's List for concrete repair.  Mike contacted me that very same day.  He came out to look at my current sidewalk a couple of days later, and we scheduled the job to be done in a few weeks.  He said he would let me know if he could come out sooner.  Sure enough, a few days later he called to see if he and his crew could come the next day.  The crew and their clean, red trucks showed up bright and early, ready to begin work as soon as the clock struck 7 am.  They had my old sidewalk out in no time, and set up the forms for the new one.  The debris was removed as they worked.  Some of the trucks left after that, while two stayed behind to wait for the concrete to be delivered.  Once the concrete truck arrived, they went back to work pouring the sidewalk, then waited for it to set.  Once set, they finished off the top, and then removed the forms and backfilled the dirt.  It all went very smoothly.

The sidewalk is PERFECT and just what I wanted.  Thanks so much to Mike and his entire crew for doing such a wonderful job,

I spoke with my neighbors the following morning who watched the entire process from their kitchen.  They were so impressed with the TMC crew, and all of the trucks, and how quickly they all worked.  They wished that they had needed concrete work done, too.  They were so funny.  So, TMC has gained some fans in my neighborhood.  Hopefully some of them took down the company's name from their trucks or will stop by and ask me for the name if they need work done on their homes.

This is a family business, and I enjoyed speaking with Mike's dad, also, while they were waiting for the concrete truck.  He was very patient with all of my questions. Mike and the TMC crew did an exceptional job and I'm sure added value to my house.  But more than that -- I don't have to cringe every time I walk around that side of my house, and the neighbors now have a nice view out their window.

"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. "Met with Joe to express our needs and brainstormed different options and decided on an approach that was best for the existing layout. Joe is a great communicator throughout our entire experience, updating progress and arrival times, etc. The working crew did an all around awesome job from demolition of deteriorating walkway, driveway and porch to the laying the new areas. They were dry pleasant and personable to speak with. What was most impressive was the pride of their work and attention to details. When the driveway and side walk were poured, they took time to neatly backfill the edges with little spade shovels and level everything out. Their cleanup was impeccable to the point you would not have known they were even here. At the end of the project, they roped off the area to keep people off and dry properly to the point they will have to return to retrieve the poles and such.
