"Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"This company resolved a big, long-lasting headache. We bought a house on the river with a basement and had problems the first spring. The previous owner had a system installed by a different company that didn’t work at all. After getting bids from 4 companies, we chose to go with RC after consulting with others who had systems they put in. Despite the fact that the floor of our basement is lower than the river level, their system has our basement completely dry. Their whole crew was great, from the guy who did the initial consult to the crew that did the work to the secretary who answers the phone by the second ring nearly every time. We originally thought the exterior of the house would have to be dug up and re-tiled, but our problem is fixed with no exterior excavation. RC stands behind their work and makes sure you’re 100% satisfied. Great company to resolve your water issues!"

"Overall, it went well. Though I will have to call them back out because of a tiny little spot that is still damp. I do love that it is a lifetime warranty. The guy that did the work did have the courtesy to call ahead and say his current job was taking a bit longer. Not an issue for me, especially since he called to let me know. Though when he did show up, he was very dirty and unprofessional looking. He also did not have boot protectors on and repeatedly continued to track mud throughout my house, even though I reminded him that I laid a towel on the floor so he could wipe his feet; but he just stepped over it. His work on my repair definitely reflected on him. The finished product was very sloppy. He did clean up after himself but there was still a good bit of dust, and the putty he laid over the crack looked like a 3 year old did it. It took me hours to sand down the globs in order for me to be able to paint over it. Again, the lifetime warranty is definitely a plus. I'm just hoping I wont get the same guy. Very pleasant company to deal with otherwise!"
