I don't recall the date this occurred, but it was not July 2015, but the format requires a date.  In any event, I was concerned about a foundation problem, and Roberts sent a representative out who inspected inside and outside and advised that while he would love to have found a problem that would have involved an expensive repair, he could not do so because he saw no foundation problem.  He was as honest as the day is long, extraordinarily polite and gave considerable supporting statements as to his determination.  I really appreciated his integrity.

"Quacker's Waterproofing was wonderful. When they came for the estimate, they were fast and no nonsense. They weren't trying to convince me of things that needed doing or dramatizing the work for more money. When I had questions about the work, they didn't make me feel dumb but took extra time out of their day so that I had peace of mind with my foundation. I hope to never need their help again, but I will definitely call them if I do. Special kudos to Rob!"

"The people were respectful and nice, but some mistakes were made in the initial bidding, and some of the work early on caused more costly repairs to be needed. I had to have workers and sales representative come back out on a different day to complete the job. I also had to agree to loosing some warranties and guarantees of work holding up over time and/or fixing the initial leak issue unless I agreed to pay double the planned costs to complete the project.properly. The solution recommended to us seems to he helping so far, but isn't very asthectucaly pleasing on the our front porch of our home. Also workers posted out a trip hazard on out sidewalk due to land settlement and I even mentioned it to our sales representative. Surprisingly he didn't offer fixing it or selling me options for fixing it. I found this very odd since it's one.of their companies biggest selling/marketing campaigns?"

"I was very fortunate to have High & Dry to tackle couple of cracks that used to leak water whenever it rains. These cracks repaired couple years ago. So far I had No water leaking whatsoever. Job well done. Company you depend on. Fast, clean, reasonable. I’m a customer for life. I normally don’t write a bunch of reviews generally speaking. I had to leave thumbs up for their work. A BBB rating and been in business for over a decade."

"Tom and his team removed an existing mish-mash of wood and brick decking/ patio in our central west end back yard.  They then installed pavers and reworked the traffic flow to be more efficient between the garage, house and driveway spaces.  Plantings were carefully selected and installed and consideration given to future plans for a hot tub, fountain and/or pergola to be added.  Tom's team is extremely hard working and were on time every morning.  They cleaned up after working and were always considerate of the family's comings and goings.  I could not be happier with the new patio and absolutely love the plants selected by Tom's designer after we discussed my likes/dislikes/ and amount of work I am prepared to do to maintain the garden.   After living with the patio for a few months, one area retains a puddle of water after rain.  Tom is coming to fix that area (which was not immediately obvious right after the work was completed) once winter freeze/thaw is over and has been very diligent in being sure we are happy with his work.  I would highly recommend Tom for any hardscape/ landscape project.

"Leon was wonderful to work with on my front foundation landscape. He gave good advice that helped me make up my mind about pruning a large magnolia bush. It looked much better after he cut it back. He also cleared some overgrown bushes and removed the stumps very efficiently! He was so courteous and easy to talk with. I highly recommend Leon and his company!"
