"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. I appreciate the honesty of the business and I would recommend it to anyone who had the same concerns, and for any of their other services. Ron P Home owner."

"We had a SUMP PUMP installed outside a basement door to stop water from coming in door. There were a few â  rockyâ  moments with the 1st installer (& the dispatcher) but the owner of this company.. Pete Westera... stands behind his work 100%. & fixed everything with a second installer to exceed our expectations."

"This past year, as we were removing the old wood paneling in our basement, we found a diagonal crack along one of our exterior walls. If a crack in a wall is not terrifying enough we had signs of previous water damage and the possibility of a crack in the foundation. We called AA Action Waterproofing to give an assessment and these guys were thorough. Robert spent 3 hours explaining in detail the process by which the damage occurred, the methods to repair said damage, and the steps necessary to maintain the integrity of the basement. He then followed up with a comprehensive report a day later. Based on the quality of this initial assessment we decided to go with them and could not be happier. The work crew lead by Marvin was timely, polite and efficient. They installed an underground drainage system, repaired the wall with carbon fiber slats, and underpinned the rear portion of the house. Unlike other contractors, AA Action provides a guarantee for their work. They are also very easy to work with, prompt with paperwork, and always willing to answer questions. We strongly recommend this company for their service and quality workmanship. Thank you Robert, Marvin and Rhonda."

"They did an excellent job at a great price. They chipped the trees they cut and left them for us, and we used the chips to cover a large area under trees."

"Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate."

"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"I have a town home that was in major need of a face lift.  Rick, the owner came out, designed everything, and it came out great!  I highly recommend his company and services."

"The project manager, Ms Tiffani Mercer, and her entire staff ensured all aspects of the job were on time and to specs. We were especially impressed with their hands on approach when dealing with County Inspection requirements. The workmanship was superb, professional and clean! Highly recommend and if we have the unfortunate need for other basement foundation services again, All Aspects will be the first company we will call!!"

"I had a great experience with Guardian. The team was on time, hard working, polite, and left the house spotless. They repaired the drywall they needed to cut into and showed me all of the work as it progressed. The work also came with a lifetime guarantee. I would definitely recommend this company.

"Led by Brett Boyles (foreman) out of the York/Red Lion area; Brett, Clarence and John took care of some flooding issues that have been plaguing us for years. They fixed cracked cinder block walls, they put in a BDry system that is BEAUTIFUL, they turned a passive French-Drain system into an active system, and they turned an unhealthy basement into one with healthy air quality. They worked so hard and were so courteous, I feel so much more relaxed now. Brett knows his stuff and the other guys were awesome as well. I am so grateful...NOBODY ELSE will touch my basement ever again.....only 58 Foundations!!! Thank you guys, very much. Sincerely, Dan Crum"
