"Great job on leveling foundation. But no one came back to fix our yard. They was supposed to come back and reseed the yard that was tore up. No one called or cane vack"

Welcome to B.A.M! Basements and Masons, Central Iowa's premier basement repair and masonry company! B.A.M! is a local business founded in 2012 by Mark Williams. After working several years with different basement repair companies, Mark saw a need for better value and customer service in the industry, so he decided to open his own business. He chose the motto, Every consideration given to total customer satisfaction with the highest quality workmanship, the pillar of the B.A.M! name.\n\nTogether, we at B.A.M! will cultivate our reputation for excellent service and quality work. With our motto in mind and a smile on our face, we look forward to helping the people of Central Iowa improve their homes.

"After putting up for years with an uneven driveway, I hired Thrasher to fix it. I was so impressed by the professionalism of both the estimator and the repair crew, and I am very pleased with the results."

"They were efficent and completed the work in one day.  They were clean and left no mess, covered the floors so they remained clean.  One of the workmen  fixed by door to the garage with a a specail screw so it does not stick any loner when opening and closing the door.  Also told me how to tighten my screen door so it will not sag in the future.  Nice bonus.

"Everything went as explained, diagramed, and promised by our System Design Specialist, Mr. Nicolas Hruska. We initially contacted just the top two Foundation Repair Experts listed on Angie's List because we can't afford to have our home repaired by anyone who lacks the proper credentials, staff, tools, training, techniques, supplies, 25 year transferrable warranty, and the hands on experience to deliver all services as promised. We are extremely pleased with the final results to take back our homes basement from poor workmanship done by the original builder and owner of our home back in 1979 We purchased the home in 2001 and unknown to us the foundation had been placed on top of clay based sub-soil which was an acceptable building practice back in 1979. Today's building codes prohibit this careless and costly practice of home site preparation for the homeowner. A word to the wise, do your home work first and then protect the biggest asset that most Americans have, their home. Respectfully, Kenny L. Hutcheson, CMSgt, USAF/USN, Ret. Indianola, Iowa"

"Arrived early even though temps were 80 degrees at 6a.m. and just kept climbing. Very courteous and hard working. Nice and respectful to property of ours and neighbors. Everything looks excellent. Price was very affordable for 10×45 feet of concrete. The large Crack in photo had a 2 foot large void where rain had washed it out. Amazing job!!!"

"Bernd knows what he's doing when it comes to pond building, repair and troubleshooting. I bought a house with a pond that needed a lot of work and he has been able to figure out the issues and get it running in a way that I can manage. He cares a great deal about his customers and making sure that he is doing great work, providing really good advice and information, and treats everyone fairly. His business has expanded to cover a great deal of Iowa and surrounding states. I'd recommend him to anyone interested in owning/building and maintaining a pond. He does excellent work and his shop offers all kinds of interesting pond/lawn items."

"A great team! One of those that you wish you had more than five stars for rating. We had a loosely defined project to repair/rebuild around the house perimeter. They did like five different things, including a large concrete deck, repair balcony, and a new door. We have only very positive things to say about them. They clearly care and do everything very professionally. They have all the proper equipment (like that CAT bot) and, most importantly, they know how to do anything, what tools to use, and, in our case, they purchased all materials. We certainly hope to keep working with this team in the future. We completely trust their judgment and expertise."
