"Prompt professional honored warranty Redid corner cracks until it was fixed Sump pump working great"

"My wife and I are very happy with the services we've received so far. Al from Omega is wonderful-he was in constant communication regarding our initial appointment and, once our issue was identified, explained it very well. Wish we'd had him replace our roof instead of Imperial. Looking forward to working with Omega to complete our chimney repair as well as any other related issues that may come up in the future."

"Jason Shelton did a fantastic job for us today. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us regarding our basement floor crack. It was great to have an expert give us the information we needed. Now we have an expert to help us with any foundation issues. I give Jason and A+."

"Good company! Just couldn't afford the repair."

"The work was excellent. They were timely and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. They were sure to provide us with as little inconvenience to our day to day routine as possible, which was a big plus in my book, because home repair is stressful. I really haven't seen many companies who were as accommodating as they were. The owner was in constant contact with us throughout the job, not only by phone but in person! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Even at the end of the job when he was picking up the backhoe he asked if we wanted to loosen any of the shrubbery we wanted to remain in our landscaping for the time being so it could be easily removed later if we decided to. Some companies come in, you never speak to the owner, they lag on the job, they're disorganized, they don't stick to their timelines, they inconvenience your home life, and you never get to tell anyone you want something done differently than originally planned. I had the exact opposite experience with Precision foundation, I saw no one slacking, they stuck to their timeline, I was able to speak with the owner, I was able to change the original plan, I could add-on work, they were happy to do provisional work, I could change something to my liking, and they were affordable. It was a great experience all around. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a basement waterproofing company who knows their stuff, gets the job done quickly, and is willing to work with the homeowner. A+"

"Matt K and his crew did a very thorough job with interior and exterior work to waterproof our foundation and basement. They were running behind on another job so were a bit delayed in getting started but made up for it by working through part of the weekend to finish up."

"Charlie fixed 2 cracks on our basement wall, hopefully there will be no leaking during the next heavy rain. Good job!"

"Greg and his crew showed up on Monday morning, worked throughout the day, returned early the next morning, and were finished by mid afternoon. This was a big job, and one that other contractors we called wouldn’t touch. Greg and his crew of 5 worked hard, were very polite and professional, and the resulting repair looks great. Thank you, Rolland Cement!"

"I highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Everything from the free inspection, to financing, to starting and completing the project was seamless. They also made sure I fully understood the issues my basement had, the work that was to be completed, and the financing and contract details so there were no surprises. Not only do they guarantee their work, but the working relationship continues after they are finished, as everdry will make sure the basement stays dry and the equipment is in working order for the life of the home. Thank you everdry, jmme Rossford, OH"
