"Crawlspaces.com performed as advertised. After 3 years, the waterproofing system continues to keep water out of the crawlspace. Additionally, after installation customer service was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommended."

"Vanguard's price was between two other waterproofing company. But I chose them because of the owner's honesty and professionalism. When I asked each company about competitors, Vanguard is the only company that refused to discuss the competitors. That speaks volumes. The work was clean and they explained each item on my property they were using. After the first hard rain, I checked the crawlspace and it was dry and cool. While the exterior water was running away from the home as it was drawn in their sketch for me. Finally, they offered a payment plan that was flexible. I had an overwhelming sense of peace when I selected Vanguard. That peace was confirmation that I had selected the right company. I have no regrets."

"Three day project to jack up part of house that was sagging due to water shifting/foundation issues. French drains inside crawl space and in backyard to direct water downhill and away from foundation. Vapor barrier installed in crawl space. Very professional, great communication. They stand by their work. Would definitely recommend."

"Raphael and his crew gave a very competitive estimate, showed up on time and on the date requested. They removed all the old materials and took them away, then formed in and poured a new concrete walk and steps to our requirements and finished it nicely. They cleaned up the area to our satisfaction. We will use R B concrete again for future restorations."

"Byrd’s Family Landscaping LLC will highly be recommended they did an amazing job."

"AquaGard did an awesome job repairing a foundational washout underneath my pool patio."

"Islas Masonry Solutions did an exceptional job. We needed a concrete walkway constructed immediately for my 87 year old mother. Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. We have dealt with other contractors and Franciso treated us like family. If he you can make an 87 year old mother, grand-mother and great grandmother happy, you are the REAL deal. Excellent work and Exceptional Service!"

"Amazing experience. Itâ s always scary hiring a contractor because you never know what youâ re signing up for. They were friendly, professional, affordable and did a terrific job for the foundation issues I was having."

"We met with 5 professionals. We were impressed with their straightforward approach to fixing our crawlspace. They answered all our questions, and they had a clear understanding of how to fix our broken floor joists without any unnecessary cost. The only drawback was waiting over 2 weeks between the estimate and repair."

"Customer service and quality of work are top notch. We had CGS Waterproofing work with us to repair some metal siding as well as a window leak at the top of our townhouse. Luis (the project manager) was courteous, incredibly responsive / communicative (he was texting me about the project from his trip to Peru), and highly professional. We had a fantastic experience as first time customers and will certainly be coming back for any waterproofing needs."
