"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. I had a long-standing problem with water in my basement. A couple of times a year when it would rain very hard I would get water in one corner of my basement. AJ provided me with a thorough and very professional assessment of the potential problems and I chose him over several other contractors based on his knowledge, straight-forward approach, and strong online reviews.

 AJ and his team did an outstanding job installing/repairing our French drain, installing new sump pumps, and repairing holes in the exterior wall. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day as promised. The quality of the work was excellent. And what really impressed me was that they went to great lengths to isolate and protect both the other parts of the basement and all of the items in the basement from the areas where they were working. As another reviewer mentioned, they cleaned up so well that it was if they were never there. AJ also followed-up to make sure everything was OK.
