"Parris Houchins and Benjamin Esparza did an outstanding job repairing the entrance to my driveway. A couple of wrecks had damaged the concrete and caused it to sink and crack. AFS came in and lifted the sunken areas and then replaced the broken concrete. AFS does business the old fashioned way - they do what they say, and they fix it right the first time. Highly recommend this company."

"Honest, dependable, has great recommendations throughout the project. Cost and time conscious. Excellent, professional services customized for my needs. On time and showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend them for all your outdoor projects."

Unlike typical businesses led by sales targets, our roots are firmly planted in engineering excellence and a commitment to genuine solutions.\n\nOur team specializes in a comprehensive range of services, including professional foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair and encapsulation, as well as concrete repair and lifting. But what truly sets us apart is our approach. We see each home as a unique project and each client as a valued partner.\n\n

"I needed to have the crawlspace in my old home encapsulated, 58 Foundations really fit the bill! They were middle of the road in terms of the estimates I got, not the highest and not the cheapest. The combination of their warranty, materials used, and process are what sold me. The team that did all of the work, including insulating the block wall (which has already made a large difference) were very polite and professional. Zeke, Tanner, and Hunter communicated about the process, when different parts would be done and when we could expect them on day two. Overall we are very happy with the results. The crawlspace is warmer, the air is cleaner, and most importantly it is finally nice and dry!"

"The quote was very reasonable compared to others I received. The contractor was punctual and responsive and performed the work in a short period of time. Some work was performed without my oversight and a small misinterpretation occurred but it was a minor deviation. Next time I would be more explicit in my directions.

"From the beginning, Shane was responsive and honest. The quote given was thorough and covered every detail of the expected work. Of course we encountered the unexpected and ended up with essentially a new foundation, but through every step, we were shown the issues and options were discussed so we could make an informed decision. The crew we had (Oscar, Sebastian, and Malardo) were excellent and went above and beyond what was needed to repair the foundation, identify current and potential issues (even outside of the foundation work), and ensure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. They even adjusted the cat door opening when they rehung our door! If you are looking to have honest, quality work done at a fair price, look no further, this is your company!"
