"We recently had a team work on our home to fix a variety of foundation problems. In short, good communication and friendly customer service. Our sales rep Michael Freddolino was great. He was quick to respond to my first call and followed up without pestering when my husband and I dropped the ball and explained everything in a way we could understand it. Austin, Johnathan, Chris and Isaiah were the crew who worked at the house and were the nicest and most respectful group of workers. They were careful with our home, inside and out and cleaned up any mess that was made. They communicated very well with us to let us know how the progress was going and other items they ran into so they could be resolved right away. And if you can believe it, we ended up spending less than was originally estimated! I would definitely recommend them."

"I highly recommend Titan Foundation Repair. I had gotten multiple inspections/quotes from bigger companies who were wanting to do unnecessary expensive work in my crawlspace. Jon identified the water issue I was having in my foundation and gave knowledgeable explanations. The work done was priced fairly and well done! I will be using Titan Foundation repair again for future projects."

"We had a section of our walkway "mudjacked" at few years ago. That repair did not last, so we decided the best remedy would be to replace the walkway. We called Legacy and Cindy came out promptly to provide us with an estimate. The estimated was reasonable and included a solution to our drainage problem that had caused the sidewalk to "sink". The work was completed promptly and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and competent. The Walkway turned out great! I will definitely use Legacy Concrete again!"

"My husband noticed cracks in the ceiling and doors were starting to stick. We called RockSolid and they gave our homes foundation a fix that I am thoroughly satisfied with, the price isnt bad, and these guys genuinely care about their customers and the work that they do. Thank you to Michael and the team at RockSolid Foundations. I highly recommend them to anyone!"

"I am recommending inspector Lucas and Groundworks for the work they DIDN'T perform! They came out and did a complete inspection and told me the crack in my foundation wall does not need repairing unless it progresses further. One of my fears in hiring a company off Anti without a personal recommendation and about a topic I'm not familiar with (foundations) is that they might try to tell me I needed repairs when I didn't need them. Lucas was honest, professional, thorough, respectful, and I felt safe around him. Great communication. Texting to set appointment. Texting by both the company and inspector for reminders, when they were on the way, when the arrived."

"I've hired Miguel twice so far and I've been really satisfied with the work he has done. Last year, he has fixed my sprinklers plumbing after a flooding incident, he also winterized the system. This year, he has helped fixing multiple sprinklers that were very old and activated the sprinkler system. He's super efficient and very thorough and dedicated. I know I can count on him for any sprinkler work needed in the future."

"JNS is amazing. I am so glad I met them! I come from a professional real estate sales and investing background. Completed close to 40 remodels in my own portfolio. I’ve worked with more contractors than I can count. Most contractors are mediocre, at best. Some are decent on a good day or for a while but drop the ball on communication and/or finishing work. Joel Jr and Sr are better than all. The qualities that make “the Joels” as I affectionately refer to them and JNS better and excellent to work with are as follows: knowledge and experience, consistency, professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, budget consciousness and patience. They’ve done a small patio on my primary residence and a major project on a different property where they had to remedy bad work done by another contractor. The Joels explained how they could remedy the concrete and framing structure. They are not just concrete experts, they know everything from structural repair, excavating, concrete a"

"Very accommodating throughout the process. Brought samples, worked with me through my crazy design ideas."

"For concrete flat work, Black Widow Concrete LLC is superb. I had the good fortune of working with the business owner, Ricardo Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez is a true professional who knows his business and stands with the highest professional and ethical standards. He was quick to understand what I thought I wanted for a driveway and what was actually needed for my situation. His crew was professional and focused on what he determined was to be done, and they completed everything in a single workday. I had been prepared for a more time consuming process, but they did everything I anticipated and that I wanted. And, the finished product is better than what I hoped it could be."
