"Travis has an amazing work ethic and impeccable attention to detail. When we approached him about removing our underground bomb shelter, he was up front about it being his first time removing one. However, he has experience removing pools so he could directly transfer that knowledge and experience. We were very concerned about potential damage to our home foundation and he took that into account. He was very involved in the planning and design of the project making us feel important and empowered. He even corresponded with us remotely while we were out on vacation to finalize the design of the concrete sidewalk layout and plan sending us pictures realtime. "Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

"I think they are wonderful. They are fast and the quality of work is great! I would definitely hire them again a recommend them to other. My only complaint was that I'm experiencing some heaving on the paved walkway. It started about 6 months after the install, but I have not yet contacted Better Yards to see about a repair. I'm sure they will be able to help me, since they were so nice during the install. If you hire these folks, you will NOT be disappointed."
