Jordan’s solution of installing a Smart Shield system inside the wall of my basement apartment was much more cost effective than attempting to fix the leak from outside. I reached out to several contractors on Angie's List, and most could not even provide a quote for several weeks. Francisco responded within 30 minutes, came out the next day to quote, and was onsite a few days later to perform the work. We have a flowerbed along side the driveway and the crew was able to remove the old concrete, place formers and pour the new concrete without disturbing the flowers in the bed.
