"From start to finish this was an easy, anxiety-free project. As determined previously by an engineer - my foundation had settled minimally in its 67 years. It had grown some external cracks that looked alarming. In thinking about selling my house in a few years - I knew the cracks might be a deterrant to prospective buyers. My main objective in having Complete Basement Systems come out was to have them assess the health of my crawl space - but mainly to fill and seal the external cracks. Their salesman was kind and easy-going. He explained the benefits of having my crawl space cleaned out and encased. (Yes, he said, they'd fill the ugly cracks, as well!) I absolutely hated my nasty, dark, dusty, cobwebbed horror of a crawl space - so it made sense to sign up for the whole project. The team that came out was courteous and thorough. In spite of the magnitude of the job, they were able to complete everything in one day. Now my crawl space is encased in a thick, durable white composite sheeting that will make it easy for me to actually start storing things there. "Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."

"Awesome job! After being harassed by the HOA for a cracked driveway due to the builder cutting corners and not knowing how to pour a concrete driveway, we decided it was time to have the thing ripped out and replaced and done right. We also opted to install a new walkway on the side of the garage. When I was “shopping around” for concrete bids, I got a varied level of responses from different companies. Most were vague about what they were going to do but Robert was very clear about what was included in his estimate down to the thickness of the slab to the PSI of the concrete mix so there were no unknowns about what we were getting. Full tear out and haul off, road base, compaction, rebar for structural reinforcement, sealant — and he was the only one who suggested (preferred) installing a channel drain in the new side walkway instead of burying the downspout underneath. His attention to detail and knowledge put him at the top of my list, no doubt. Jacob and the crew were all extremely polite and friendly while they were on site doing the job. I don’t know if it’s intentional or not, but each of them made it a point to look me in the eye and greet me. Watching them work, it was clear that they are professionals and know what they’re doing. Most people might take pouring laying concrete for granted, but when you watch professionals do it, it’s clear that it’s an art form. When Rob Sr. came out to seal everything, he too was incredibly friendly and professional. This is a quality run organization with top notch staff who do an incredible job. My only regret is that this driveway is so good, it will likely outlast me and I might never need to hire these guys again, so you definitely should!"
