"Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. "Evergreen Landscape did a great job. They very gently regraded the yard and installed two dry-wells. When completed, they sodded everywhere they dug. Except for the two small drain grates you'd never know they were there! The night they completed the work we had 2 inches of rain. Evergreen's foreman stopped by the following morning to make sure the backyard drainage issue was resolved. It worked perfectly. I would highly recommend them."
