"Real Seal did a great job. The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."

"The crew came out on this cold January day and fixed the crack in my foundation and sealed it to prevent seepage. I’ll know for sure when the spring rains come if it was a success. From the pictures they sent me, I’m very confident there’ll be no more water coming into my basement."

"The worker who came over saw my situation and unoffically suggested a repair that would be cheap for me rather than have him and his crew come out and charge me a few thousand. I appreciated that he wanted what was best for me and not necessarily best for his company."

"Although the initial meeting, pricing and scheduling the repairs went ok. The first phase of the repairs were done in a timely manner. My family and I took a vacation after the inital repairs were done. The second phase involved some minor work and was not as involved as the first part. After my return from being out of town, I had placed numerous calls to the manager and had to leave messages. I had also called the main office and actually got hold of the receiptanists. She apologized and mentioned that they were very busy and that I would be receiving a call back. This never happened. I gave up."

"Everseal did a great job and cleaned up as best as possible after having 14 cracks fixed. It was a little hard initially to get the appointment scheduled but after that everything was ok. Probable because pretty busy lots of water so far this season. No leaks yet however only be a day."

"Andy Young was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting my client who is selling their home, providing detailed options for repair. Highly recommend Andy."

"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them. They completely transformed our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have decided to use them for our ongoing maintenance, and we will always consider them first with any future landscaping project."

"Overall, very disappointing experience.  Hector came out to give us the quote and spent a bunch of time explaining what needed to be done and how it would be done.  We decided to use Aerate 1 even though they were more expensive than the other 2 places.  Hector seemed to take great care in doing the best job possible.  The guys can out yesterday to fix the patio and were done in one day.  My wife and I went out to look at how things came out and noticed the 2nd level of steps were NOT even.  I gave Hector a call and he responded first thing this morning.  Hector explained that he never quoted us for the 2nd level of stairs to be leveled.  I find it very hard to believe someone would spend $3700 to fix a patio and ONLY fix 1 level of the steps.  By leveling everything but the 2nd level of steps makes those steps even worse.  The rest of the patio looks pretty good, but the steps really take away from the whole patio.  It is very noticeable to the eye and takes away much of the excitement of getting it re-done.  Hector did say we could fix it for another $450 even though the bricks were off yesterday and would have been much easier.  The worked seemed to be done well, but make sure you have EVERYTHING listed in the quote as we would have NEVER even fixed it unless everything was fixed."

"Had water leaking into basement. Chris came promptly, determined cause and fixed it for fair price, some inside work and some sealing outside, done in two different days. Did not try to sell anything not needed. Pleasure to deal with, including that he promptly returned my phone calls."

"I had a really hard time finding someone willing to pour a front step for my house because it's such a small job. The prices were so exorbitant I was trying to figure out how to build a wood replacement myself. But then I found Gibran, who offered to do it for a fraction of what others were charging. His crew did a great job. It really looks beautiful with clean edges and a smooth finish, which was really important because I was selling the house."
