They first addressed the problem from the crawlspace - installed a sump pump, water guard trench, and cleanspace wall system (they also added support to the ceiling, which is the floor of a kitchen above). They then returned to address water coming in from the main basement area - we worked together on a reasonable approach that included adding a 2nd sump pump, a water guard trench and cleanspace wall system only where needed. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. "Weather-Tite was recommended to me by a contractor who I trust to evaluate and repair water and moisture issues that I was having in my garage. Bob and his crew did a phenomenal job!! My husband and I are beyond thrilled with the results! They are professional, courteous, and fastidious. Half of my garage is underground, as there is a hill in my front yard leading up to the house. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days.
