"This was a rehire of All-Ways. After having other quotes for our leaky basement, we again found that All-Ways was honest and more reasonably priced. They don't try to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs. Workers were friendly and respectful of our time and our home. Additionally, job required less work than initially thought and they actually lowered our end cost instead of trying to talk us into doing the higher unnecessary repair. In-house financing was provided with half due at completion and the other half a year to pay. I cannot say enough good things about James, Eric, and the rest of the workers. "Did an overall nice job pressure injecting a crack in foundation wall The crack sealed nicely and the finish looked great and aesthetically pleasing……but They Did have to come back and retouch up an area after a huge rain revealed a weak spot in their waterproofing….after Re-injecting the crack/area again, and reapplying more topcoat they resolved the problem. It looks less appealing visually due to the 2nd touch up but it is water-tight now and got the job done. Customer service and follow through was great!"

"We called several companies out for estimates for a water problem in our basement and what appeared to possibly be a crack in the foundation. Atlantic Coast was the most affordable, had the best guarantee, and a good solution that we were comfortable with. Gary came out on several occasions to sit and discuss with us everything about the job and estimates and what could possibly come up. They showed up a little late the first day, but called first thing to say they had vehicle problems and were running behind, which was fine by us, they also stayed late that day to accommodate. They kept us informed along the way and showed us what was being done, and handled everything appropriately. They also finished the job on time with a few unforeseen obstacles. Ultimately we had the interior waterproofing system put in for the front of the house, where the issue was due to tree roots, underpinning of a foundation crack, and a new sump pump.
