"I’m very happy with Alpha Foundation. From the first day I contacted them until the repair was completed this company did amazing. I’m grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. I would also like to thank Tyler E and Tyler S. I’m impressed on how they did the repair. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier."

"Mike was very friendly, communicated well and didnâ t oversell. He addressed the problem and our immediate need in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lux Foundation Solutions."

"Eric Smith provided excellent service. The repairs were hampered by rain but his communication was excellent and the repairs performed over a two day period to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them and definitely plan to use them again in the future."

"We met the Sterling Contractor Services team through a full house transformation project that included adding a 12 X 22 Florida Room. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. Unfortunately the system won't allow a video so I've attached pictures of the trash can storage house. We highly recommend Sterling Contractor Services for all concrete and fencing projects; you won't be disappointed. Kevin & Deneen Baldwin satisfied clients of Sterling Contractor Services"

"SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THOUGHT EXTREMELY BUSY, THEY FIT MY JOB INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. I WAS ABOUT A MONTH OUT AND THEY CAME IN ABOUT THEN DAYS. THE ONLY ISSUE IS CLEANUP AND MOST COMPANIES ARE THE SAME. THEY CLEANED UP THERE MESS FROM THE CEMENT BUT DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF MAKING THE AREA AFFECTED LOOK LIKE IT DID BEFORE. I SPENT ABOUT THREE HOURS WITH CLEANUP. WITH THAT SAID, I WOULD STILL HAVE THEM COME BACK."

"JL did an amazing job from prep to clean up. He replaced sod, removed pampass grass, removed cabbage palms, stump grinding, he even removed cinder blocks that were buried in the yard over 30 years. Feel like he went above and beyond. Overall excellent job. Would highly recommend."

"Project was done professionally and quick."

"What was suppose to be a simple fix became three visits over two weeks. The first fix caused issues and had to be redone almost completely"

"great work. Built a french drain. Well done. Professional team. Really friendly, too."
