"Our church was build in 1920s so the scope of the project increased as the initial water damage was worst than anticipated. Waterproofone addressed those issues and, installed a french drain system, rerouted water spouts, and added an external drain behind the rear of the church. Our basement has been dry ever since and all previous water damage has been replaced or repaired."

"Problems were found and were fixed"

"From the beginning of the project to the end, Basement Gurus made the process feel painless. They gave me a clear understanding of what remedies were necessary to fix my foundation and ensured that all of my expectations would be met. The contracted workers were timely, considerate, clean, and personable. I would strongly recommend Basement Gurus for any waterproofing work and will be using them as often as necessary in the future."

"After using basement waterproofing specialist for my French drain installation I was so pleased with their service I called them again when I noticed signs of a possible foundation crack. They accurately identified the issue and determined I had a crack in my foundation. They thoroughly sealed the crack and put multiple layers of membrane to secure the foundation and to ensure no water ever gets through. I would highly recommend!"

"Outstanding service! Steve R. was absolutely wonderful. He explained the entire process and made for a seamless solution to my crawlspace problem. The project was priced fairly and completed extremely quickly. The work was completed 2 weeks ago and I am quite happy. I will come back to do a follow-up review of Quality 1st in 1-2 months."

"Customer service was on point. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would. No hassle, no games. I had a foundation crack in my basement wall which was leaking every time it rained. They came on time (and it was snowing) for the free consultant. Estimate was provided on the spot. They came on time to do the job and did exactly as was described/on the contract. We then had a heavy rain storm the weekend after and the basement is dry."

"The work was done promptly and professionally, Dana was an excellent HVAC repairman. Work was done very well in an extremely hot attic, I would definitely use Laury again based on this level of professionalism. Thank You"
