"They gave us an estimate which I was happy with and arrived on the scheduled day to complete the work.  One of the cracks was much larger than we thought so they needed to com back with a different product.  They came back but with an insufficient amount to complete the job.  It took a long time to complete but it was sufficient to keep water out of the basement.  Just realize that tax is not included in the estimate."

He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. "I had water coming in my basement and wasn't sure what the problem was They came out and looked at it and at first we talked about getting a sump pump installed but since I also had a problem with my gutters at the time we decided to just seal up the area around my bilco doors and see if that worked. Also, I had a problem with a crack in my foundation at another area and they said they'd do that as well. They completed all the work and the area by the bilco doors has not leaked since (I also got my gutters repaired). But the area by the crack leaked water again the next time we had a hard rain. When I called about it, Dave said that had been done for free and they really didn't have any responsibility for it. I was confused since that was something I had asked about when he was here to give me the estimate. But I guess the estimate was only supposed to be for the other area. Also, I asked for an itemized invoice after I paid (I didn't get any invoice at all) and I still haven't gotten one. They were very nice but I don't know if I'd use them again."
