"When the Project Consultant, Armando Sandoval came out to inspect the foundation, he actually crawled under the house and took pictures of our foundation. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. I was very impressed with the respect the crew had for my property and landscape. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They had excellent customer service."

"Contacted Masterscapes to repair existing water feature we had installed in our backyard by a landscape contractor when we moved into our home. Both the waterfall and the pond itself continually leaked and the contractor was unable to make repairs. Masterscapes came out and gave me an estimate to either repair or replace. The estimate was detailed with a number of options which made clear they were trying to help us find the right balance between the aesthetics of our home and the size of our wallet. They did explain if I chose repair, they couldn't extend a warranty because they wouldn't be accessing all the previous contractor's plumbing which was perfectly understandable. Ultimately, we chose to start over and have Masterscapes redo the entire water feature. We are so glad we did! It was amazing to watch the worker's attention to every little detail. They did a meticulous job creating a beautiful and natural looking boulder stack for the waterfall, and replaced the old cement pond with a properly constructed one guaranteed not to leak. The final result is spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Masterscapes called each of the three days of the project to let us know they were on schedule and when the workers would arrive. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of our property and neighbors. Everywhere material would be on the ground they laid tarps first, and swept and blew off the area afterward. They gave us opportunity for input as the project went along, asking our preferences (such as whether to use river rock in the pond or not). I rated price as a "B" only because it was expensive (and stung a little bit to be paying for something twice, which wasn't Masterscape's fault). The cost also includes a warranty from a reputable local business and that has value. We are very confident we got the quality installation we paid for and couldn't be happier with Masterscapes. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again."

Seceral landscapers just wanted to add a drain wheras Isaac wanted to fix the root cause of the problem and had to relevel my yard with a ton of work to resolve the drainage issue. So far no flooding and the lawn looks so much better!"

"Edit review 2/22/2020 Yesterday my irrigation line from the water main broke resulting in water all over my front yard. After calling Reddi Service within an hour Gerald Schutz arrived and within a very short time had cut out the bad section and repaired the connection. He met with me and explained and showed me the problem and how it would be repaired. Upon completing the repair he asked to see the fixed connection and asked me if I had any questions he could answer.He was very friendly and helpful. "Ethan responded to my inquiry, immediately, within 15 minutes. He was able to stop by in about 15 to twenty minutes from our initial conversation. He assessed the problem (broken pipe) which was causing a large puddle, gave us an estimate repair cost and began the work. Within a few minutes , he knocked on the door and reported the parts needed, increased the bid nominally to cover additional part costs due to angle of the pipe and completed all within 45 minutes. Great guy, great work ethic and we were so happy we asked him back for further work on our irrigation set up. Definitely give him a call, you won't be sorry!"

"There are really not enough superlatives to describe how happy I am with my garage floor.  I purchased a new house and for whatever reason I was obsessed with getting my garage epoxied before move-in.  Eric Marks and I communicated numerous times as he tried to fit me in his tight schedule so that the floor would have time to dry before the movers arrived. His guy showed up on time and started working. I got a call that something was wrong with my concrete and I thought, here we go.  But to my surprise Eric said he could handle the problem, he patched the floor and we went with the decorative chips all over the floor to cover it up.  He actually split the cost (which was minimal) with me, personally finished up the job on SUNDAY and couldn't have been more professional and personable. I told him not to tell me where the patches were and I seriously can't tell!   It was actually a blessing in disguise as I am sure I have the best-looking garage floor in Desert Ridge.  He provided complete care instructions and warrantied his work for 20 yrs.  Great job Eric!!  Definitely use this company if you want quality work done by an honest guy!"
