Noah utilized a video camera (this time) put down in line and determined there were tree roots invading line at a joint. To prevent need for further periodic clean outs, referred me to Carneal Plumbing Services to dig up line at clogged joint and permanently repair. The clean out by Noah was an emergency repair and competitive prices were not obtained, but price was in line with prior clean out by Noah. Camera examination was extra."

"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"All-N-1 did a terrific job. We contracted for this in the middle of the pandemic so we were late to the party in home improvements. It look a while to get it on their schedule but that wasn't all their fault - I had to get approval from neighbors, homeowners assoc. and a HELOC in place before we could pick a date so a lot of front end stuff that wasn't their fault. Once it was scheduled, it was very fast. It took less than two days for them to build including the inspection. They cleaned up everything and we were on our new deck that evening. Also....I asked if they could adjust the design slightly to give us more room on the screened in balcony - "Sure, we can make that work". That was really nice too and great quality work on all aspects of the project."

"I hired Gregg’s Gardens in September of 2021 for a landscaping project. Tasks included: Removal of weeds, sticks, existing Azaelas, landscape timbers, etc. from planting beds, excavating / enlarging planting beds, creating a new planting bed off my deck, installing new plants in front / back yard, adding mulch to beds, and aerating, seeding, and fertilization of my yard. All work was done as promised, in a timely manner, and at the end of the project, all debris was removed and taken off site. AC Gregg was very professional, communicated effectively, and returned all phone calls in a timely manner. I had researched several companies before hiring Gregg’s Gardens, and went with them because they offered a more competitive price, and also had good reviews on Angi’s List. When a few plants had problems later on, per our agreement, AC did not hesitate to replace them - no questions asked. They do quality work, at a reasonable price, and offer outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them and would use them again. In fact, I did use them again, just this week (3/23/22). I hired them for another project, to add a few more plants, and to install new mulch to the flower beds. Once again, I was very satisfied with their work."

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."
