"Wooldridge set up an appointment for the day after I called. The serviceman came out and gave me a list of repairs needed and the cost. The system is 17 years old so we decided to price replacing the system. The sales rep came the next day to give us a price, which we decided to do considering our current system is 17 years old. I had asked Wooldridge to include a digital register with my second heat/air system. During the installation, the installers found that my second unit had been operating in the emergency heat mode. This would explain our very large electric bill last month. Anyway, that unit was about 18 years old so we decided to replace that hear/ac system instead of fixing an 18+ year old system. Wooldridge's sales rep came back out yesterday, 01/06/15, to quote a price to replace our second heat/ac system. That system is scheduled for installation tomorrow, 01/08/2015. The whole process went smoothly and everyone we have interacted with at Wooddridge has been great. The second unit will cost about $6300.00. Even though we did not anticipate spending almost $12,000 this week, we appreciated the curtesy and professionalism of Wooldridge. I was also thankful for the 1 year no interest financing.

"Technician Investigated the problem, then told us it would cost $1100 to $1800 to order parts and fix OR $3800 to install a new one. Then charged $150 for service call. We were dumbfounded at the price so called another Plumber for verification. The 2nd Plumber found the problem, fixed it, and charged only $80.00. BTW, the most expensive gas water heater at Lowe's costs $600.00"

"Poured a slab for my garage install. Was cool when it was poured and didn't use enough calcium to help it cure . Had to stay until 4 am to do what they could. Came back next day to finish. Gave extra money to come back and remove debris. Never showed up so I rented a skid steer and cleaned up myself. Pad has low and hi spots in it. When if rains it creates a large pool on the carport and runs into my garage. They were very nice people but think they could have done a better job. Especially after I gave them a few hundred dollars extra."
