Everything worked well in the beginning except that there seemed to be a slow leak. They worked on the issue with us last year but were not able to determine the cause of the leak, so we had an auto-fill line put in. This year, when using it, it did not stop automatically and the hose wasn't clamped so the water pressure blew the skimmer off the pipe. Gave me a good price that I didn't feel the need to haggle too much. He explained all the work that he'll do. I asked few extra things including cleaning basement, carrying extra trash, building a barrier from sump and sewage area. I also asked him to fix cracks and leaks outside. He gave an estimate of 1 to 2 days. But his crew finished in 1 day, did fantasticcc job similar to those other companies, left the place neater than it was before and was very accommodative.
