George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.

Mike and his crew were timely with the estimate, final design and completion of the project.  They custom built a large cedar pergola over our back deck.  It turned out great and exceeded my expectations!  I was very impressed by the way they were able to work around certain fixtures attached to the house instead of removing them or blocking them with posts for the pergola.  The posts were also firmly secured in the ground with concrete.  All in all, a professional job!
