"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"My old water heater finally gave up last Wednesday night. I had to find a way to replace it quickly. I called Home Depot and scheduled an estimate. I found that with all the work they said they had to do and the heater, the bill was over $2000.00. This seemed outrageous to me. I called Rick to see if there was a possibility that one of his plumbers could do the job. Rick and the plumber arrived at my home around 5PM. They discussed the job and while Rick picked up the new water heater, his plumber took the old one out. Rick returned with the heater and they quickly completed the job including a good clean up of the room. I was very pleased with the speed in which they could complete the job along with saving me quite a bit of money in the process. The heater works great and I am a happy person"
