"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"

"Great. They used a weed hacker to cut down all the weeds. They put down weed and grass killer. Racked up all of the debris. Put down bark. This portion of my property is about 45’ wide by 210’ long."

"Al is very personable and did the work himself with a small crew. Once started they finished the job in 3 days, working late on one of those days. Funny enough our 2nd choice UNCOMMON SENSE CONCRETE did the pouring of the concrete. Apparently they often pitch in and share a job depending on location and time constraints. Our new level concrete floor looks great, almost a shame we have to put carpet on top."

"So far, it has been an amazing experience. The whole team has been super responsive and professional. They said they would arrive at 8:00 am and they did! So refreshing! The crew they sent out were professional and did beautiful work. Still have one or two items to cross off once the dry wall is put in. Would absolutely use them again. "Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."
